5 years agoAmazing holiday villa. Fantastic views from atop the mountains. Just far enough out from the town to feel secluded but still easy to get to places with a small car.

10 years agomy journey has not been carried out by the owner nullify the reservation 3 weeks prior to start our vacation. We are 2 families with 4 children, rented Villa Sofia , one of Pano Stalos villas, 10 days and we demanded 100% payment (1,500 €) without sending the photos of the house as agreed. By requiring photos and clarify why we paid in advance, he gave no more offended and canceled the reservation, returning the amount to account to deliver 16 days.

8 years agoI am sitting at Pano Stalos villas right now writing this review. The villa itself is gorgeous and in a perfect mountain setting- the view really couldnt be any better, can see all the way out to the sea, a big island to the left, Chania town sprawled out along the water. Its peaceful and isolated yet only 5 minute drive down to the village and ameneties.. The staff have been curteous and helpful, the villa was spotless with everything in working order as if we were the first guests to ever stay here. A fresh mountain breeze and complete absence of mosquitos make the hot weather and warm evenings quite pleasant. Kids are entertained with the pool, dvd collection, book collection and board games. The staff gave us all beach equipment to use (towels, parasol, cooler) for free, definite advantage! Only 35 minutes from airport

7 years agoI can’t recommend the Villas of Pano Stalos more highly. The views are exceptional. The pool is terrific. The Villa is well equipped and immaculate. Alan & Suzanna are prepared to out of their way to make sure that your stay at Pano Stalos is unforgettable. A welcome touch when you arrive is a food pack complete will of the necessities (milk, bread, cheese butter etc.) and even a bottle of wine. Alan even made sure I had a supply Newcastle Brown Ale. My wife and I went to Pano Stalos for the first time in 2016, again in May 2017; hopefully we can get there again later on in the year. I’m sure that if you visit once then you will go again and again. Most bookings I’m told are from repeat visitors just like me and Sue.
