From the moment of booking to the return process, everything was smooth and professional. The cars were clean, well-maintained, and ready on time each year. Drop off and pickup is flawless, and you can choose between different locations for both. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. a week agoI can’t recommend Vacanza Rent a Car more highly. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We received a parking fine (our fault) and someone from the rental company helped us sort it out at the police station and saved us so much stress. I highly, highly recommend.

a week agoExcellent car rental experience in Chania! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with this car hire company. The car was delivered right to our door in the city centre, which was incredibly convenient. The person who brought the car was very courteous and friendly, and even shared some great local tips on beaches and restaurants to visit. The car itself was nearly new, in perfect condition, and had very low mileage. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend this company if you're looking to rent a car in Chania!

I rented an automatic vehicle in Chania, (which can sometimes be quite difficult to find, not to mention expensive. ) They offered a great price for a new model. 2 months agoThis company was recommended to us by our hotel, and our expectations were exceeded. The rates were low and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We were able to rent a car day-of, after deciding it would be useful to get around, with the option to get an automatic car. Further, after receiving a parking ticket, one of the colleagues went with us to the police station and helped us get it sorted out (even providing us with a replacement vehicle at no extra charge). Lastly, they allowed us to pick up in downtown Chania and drop off at the Heraklion Airport, which saved us a ton of hassle. Could not recommend them more!
