a week agoThis company was recommended to us by our hotel, and our expectations were exceeded. The rates were low and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We were able to rent a car day-of, after deciding it would be useful to get around, with the option to get an automatic car. Further, after receiving a parking ticket, one of the colleagues went with us to the police station and helped us get it sorted out (even providing us with a replacement vehicle at no extra charge). Lastly, they allowed us to pick up in downtown Chania and drop off at the Heraklion Airport, which saved us a ton of hassle. Could not recommend them more!

10 months agoBest prices in Chania. We looked at over 5 rental cars companies and this one has the best prices by far. For 1 week they quoted us €32 per day (everyone else was quoting over €45) and we also added €12 per day to get full insurance. The day before returning the car we asked to extend our booking and no problem. The car was super new with a full tank.

6 months agoMy group of 7 had a lovely experience using Vacanza for two days to get around Crete. Pick up for our two cars was easy and service was very pleasant. Both cars were given a free upgrade after our original car’s reservation was extended by the previous renter. Drop off was easy as well, and Vacanza allows renters to use a free parking lot if there isn’t available parking at your lodging. I would absolutely use again if back in Chania!
