4 months agoIt was easy to book. They were flexible enough to change the pickup time of the car, when my flight schedule changed. The person who was there to hand us over the car was very friendly. He gave us clear instructions on what we should be aware of, like where all we can’t park or go. At the same time, he gave us some great road trip ideas. The car in general was new, clean and drove well. During the return, they were able to come to our hotel and take the car.

AND they don’t try to push foolish extra insurance. They will even drop-off the car to your hotel and pick it up there too, when you’re done. And they have the 7-seater we needed

4 months agoVacanza car rental was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Their price for a week rental was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Our Suzuki was in great condition, almost brand new. Christopher dropped off the car in Chania at our hotel, and then a week later picked it up in Chania in a completely different location. It was so convenient!! Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a car rental.
