Kostakis Dairy brings over 100 years of cheese-making tradition to the heart of Chania, with a new cheese shop located at 2 Dionysiou Vourvachi Street, just off Anagnostou Gogoni.

Since 1975, the Kostakis family has been producing authentic Cretan cheeses in Tzitzifes, Apokoronas, using time-honoured recipes and modern methods. Their products are known for their rich taste, thanks to the carefully selected milk from free-range animals raised in the mountainous areas of Chania.

One of their most celebrated cheeses is the Kostakis Graviera, made from 100% sheep’s milk and aged 4 to 12 months.

At Kostakis Dairy Shop, you’ll find Graviera (classic, with Boukovo, or with nutmeg), Mizithra, Aori (semi-hard with four peppers), Grilled cheese, Anthotiros, White cheese, Staka (traditional Cretan cream), Kefalotiri, Sheep’s milk, yoghurt and many more dairy delights.
