5 months agoExcellent service and commitment to the customer. We arrived in Chania on a cruise ship and rented a car from them to go to Elafonissos. However, the car wouldn't start on the beach, preventing us from returning to the ship. They helped us with everything, covered the cost of the taxi back, and the manager even went to speak with the cruise line to explain the situation, as we couldn't get in touch with the ship. We will be eternally grateful.
